Tiffany Smith has spent 35 years in the beauty and barber industry — not watching it from the outside, but living it from the inside. She's been a salon distribution company owner, a business coach and consultant, and a professional trainer. She has sat behind the chair, she has run the books, and she has watched talented professionals lose everything because no one ever gave them the financial tools to protect what they built.
